Renowned training programs for financial-aid and education lending professionals

A new series of webcast forums for graduate and professional schools.

You’re invited to be a part of a new series of USA Funds® University webcast forums targeted specifically to schools serving graduate and professional students. These webcasts will offer an opportunity for school panelists and participants to share their success stories and best practices in an interactive, online forum. Participants also will have the opportunity to discuss challenges and issues related to the unique financial needs of graduate and professional students.

Scheduled for 2-3 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, Dec. 10, the first forum will include a discussion of:

  • Changes to the loan counseling requirements for graduate and professional students as a result of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008.
  • How schools are addressing and implementing these changes.
  • Other issues relevant to graduate and professional students and schools.

Financial aid administrators and policy experts throughout the nation will serve as guest panelists. School panelists for the Dec. 10 forum include:

  • Barb Sciulli, Registrar/Financial Aid Adviser, Case Western Reserve University, School of Dentistry.
  • Jose Espada, Director of Medical Student Affairs — Student Financial Services, Indiana University School of Medicine.
  • James Smith, Director of Financial Aid, John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.
